  • Contact Data: Email address and billing address.
  • Contribution Data: Pet names, memorial stories, and images/videos uploaded to your gallery.

  1. How We Process and Store Your Data
  • Account and Platform Management: We process your details to securely manage your membership and display your pet memorials on our public gallery wall.
  • Cloud Storage: To keep our platform fast and efficient, we automatically offload and store all uploaded media files (images and video links) securely in our infinite Amazon S3 cloud vault.
  • Payment Processing: Our payment gateway, Stripe, processes all subscription transactions securely off-site. We do not store or clear your credit or debit card details on our servers.

  • Active Accounts: We retain your information for as long as your subscription or user account remains active.
  • Payment Overdue & Account Holds: If a subscription payment is missed or not received, your memorial gallery will be placed on hold. We hold data for up to 60 days. After 60 days of non-payment, the gallery and associated files will be permanently deleted, unless a valid compassionate reason (such as health issues or unemployment) has been submitted and approved.
